More Graphic Novels New to JTCC

Are you a fan of graphic novels? What about classic literature? If you answered yes you will be pleased to learn that John Tyler Community College Library has recently acquired several new adaptations of classic literature in comic format. Among them are:
- The art of war: from SmarterComics /Sun Tzu; illustrated by Shane Clester ; adapted by Cullen Bunn and Shane Clester.
- The Canterbury tales / Geoffrey Chaucer; adapted by Seymour Chwast.
- The odyssey: a graphic novel / by Gareth Hinds.
- Sense & sensibility / adapted from the novel by Jane Austen; writer, Nancy Butler; artist, Sonny Liew.
Are you interested in the history, theory, themes, forms, or culture of graphic novels? If so, try:
