You Have Questions - We Have Answers
John Tyler Community College’s Student Information Center staff members answer incoming phone calls to the general College number, typically assisting callers with general information about the departments listed below. If a caller requires information beyond the scope of the Student Information Center, staff members direct the caller to the appropriate department, often:
- Office of Admissions and Records
- Counseling and Student Success Centers
- Academic Divisions
- Financial Aid Office
- Business Office
- Testing Centers
- Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA)
- Campus Directions
In addition to these services, the Student Information Center provides myTyler assistance to students. Students can come to the Student Information Center for on-site assistance on the Chester campus, view myTyler tutorials online, e-mail the myTyler help desk at mytylerhelpdesk@jtcc.edu, or complete a help request form.
The Information Center at John Tyler began operations in 2007, and staff members are constantly reevaluating services to best meet the needs of John Tyler Community College’s students, faculty and staff, as well as the general public.
