Artist Spotlight: Jack Goolsby

The Midlothian library is proud to feature artwork from the very talented, Jack Goolsby.  Mr. Goolsby is a former art student with John Tyler and the 2017 Sherwood Forest Art and Literary Review first place winner in the art category.

Mr. Goolsby’s medium is ceramics and has a special interest in prehistoric Peruvian art.  One of the works displayed in the Midlothian library is a Peruvian funerary clay pot.  His work highlights these forgotten peoples and their rich cultures, traditions, and practices.  Please drop by the library to see Mr. Goolsby’s work and find some inspiration for your next masterpiece!
