Modern Makers and the Tyler Libraries!

To celebrate the new Modern Makers event hosted at the Chester campus of John Tyler Community College, the Tyler libraries have created a list of resources for those interested in the fields of study presented at Modern Makers.

If you are not familiar with Modern Makers, this inaugural event seeks to showcase the programs of study in the STEM-H fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Healthcare). The Modern Makers open-house event will be held on Wednesday, October 28th from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Nicholas Center on the Chester campus.  For more information on this new event, visit the Modern Makers page: http://www.jtcc.edu/modernmakers/

The following STEM-H resources are available at the Chester or Midlothian campus libraries. Printed materials are available for check-out to students, faculty, staff, and community members. Online resources are available for student use off-campus with a valid myTyler login.  Community members interested in online sources may use them at either campus library.
