The Division of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences ofice function is to maintain communication with all students and faculty, staying current with the Divisions' class offerings, faculty schedules, faculty office location and phone numbers. You will take a high volume of calls, and maintain discretion at all times. Refer callers and inquiries to appropriate office when necessary. Greet students, faculty, and the general public in a helpful and cordial manner. In absence of a faculty member, assist in calling/notifying students of cancelled classes. Sort and distribute mail. Create documents in Microsoft Word, use copier and assist with errands. Support Division Administrative Assistant and Dean as needed, any other requested duties needed to run an office. |
