Students may pay their tuition and fees remotely by credit card, by logging into myTyler and using QuikPay in the Student Information System (SIS). The Cashier's Office is also providing on-campus assistance for those who need to pay their tuition and fees.
All other inquiries relating to payments should be directed to the 24/7 Financial Aid and Student Accounts Support Center at mysupport.jtcc.edu or 1-855-874-6684; students can make an appointment through the system to work with a Tyler staff member.

Chester Campus: Monday – Friday
8:00 – 11:00 a.m. &
12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Midlothian Campus: Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. &
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

On campus, the Cashier's Office accepts payments via cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. You can also pay your tuition and fees online with your MasterCard or Visa using the Student Information System in myTyler.
Please remember that John Tyler Community College does not generate bills for tuition and fees. It is your responsibility to make sure you pay your tuition and fees by the deadlines listed at www.jtcc.edu/tuition. If you do not pay all tuition and fees by the appropriate date, you may lose some or all of your classes,referred to as having your classes “dropped.”
You must pay all mandatory fees – student activity fee, technology fee and student parking fee – at the same time. Partial payments (for example, paying for one class out of several classes or only paying a fractional amount of one class) are not sufficient to hold all classes.
