Health and Wellness
Tyler has gyms in the T Building on the Midlothian campus and in the Nicholas Center on the Chester campus. Gyms are currently closed; they will re-open for the fall 2021 semester and hours will be posted on this page. Fitness classes are offered on occasion. Students also have access to the Virginia State University pool with their Tyler ID.
Recreational and intramural sports teams also form from time to time.
Tyler does not have a clinic on campus; however, emergency medical services, clinics and hospitals are located nearby. If you need first aid on campus, contact Security Services.
