Good for Business
At Tyler, we focus on student success and equip our graduates with workforce-ready skills. To do that, we partner with a variety of companies, from Fortune 500s to small business innovators.
Our collaborations range from customizable courses that broaden employee skill sets to industry advisory boards that ensure our academic programs deliver the quality employees that local businesses need. Recent examples have included partnering with local hospitals to provide clinical sites for Tyler nursing students to gain hands-on experience and working with local manufacturers to help their employees obtain specific in-demand industry credentials.
“One of the coolest things at Tyler is that we get access to the latest and greatest technology. Companies like Altria are major contributors in helping Tyler get new equipment. They send some of their employees to the program as well, so it’s in their best interest to make sure that their employees have the best tools to work with.”

The college’s student services offices will also continue to offer remote services on the weekdays during this timeframe. Very limited staff will be on campus, and students are encouraged to access services remotely. Students needing assistance may contact the Help Hub. Learn more.
